Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high order volume periods or holidays, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
